Uploading a picture

I am trying to upload a picture to a website. The picture is 1.85MB but when i try an uplaod it it says it has to be less than 1MB.

How do i change this?

Use an image-hosting site like Imageshack. You should be able to upload the picture to there (unless they have a size restriction that i've missed) and then link to it from the website you're actually trying to use it on.
