[Albion] Upgrading U18 ticket to adult for tonight

Hey - quick question - I am a t STH along with my son - we had purchased tickets for tonights game but unfortunately my son is now sick and can not attend. I have a friend who would like to take his ticket and is happy to pay for an upgrade? How do we go about this? Ticket telephone line is down so not been able to find any info about this? Can i do this at the ticket office at the stadium?

…..but may not apply for cup tickets.

Try the online chat - type ‘agent’ and a real person will usually respond.

I don't think you can share or upgrade a cup ticket. Just season tickets.

The option is greyed out when you select the FA Cup ticket on the website.
