id love this to be true, as i think he is the best player i have seen play for Brighton with Vicente, but i cant see it as the fee Leicester paid and he is still on bench eg in plans for future.
But if is true wow id be over moon.

Ive been pleased that all our signings have been permanent so far, but Ulloa on loan would be outstanding, if unlikely.
