Controversy abounds as it is confirmed that there is NO seeding process. Future tournaments will feature seeding based on past performance, but not this time as there is no "proper" track record to go on - whilst UKCC14 started, it did not finish.

Well there you have it. Time to get the wallcharts up to plot your favourite's course through the tournament, and to start collecting those stickers.

I would argue that Group C & D look like they will be keenly contested, but the ultimate decision is for you all to make. The Quarter Final between I'm Alan Partridge vs The Office was a battle for the ages in 2014, and I'm looking forwards to some more big match ups as we move through the contest.

I hope the massively overrated OF&H gets knocked out, but can't see it. I think, astonishingly, one of the two big boys will go, which would be all kinds of wrong.

I can’t see Blackadder out at this stage, just too strong, too much heritage. Peter Kay should be nervous though…
