Cheers mate!! Spurs fans do think that they are a big club but I dont think they are that far wrong, I reckon they are still in the top 6 in England. I like them because of the eyecatching football they played in the 70's and the fact that Glenn Hoddle & then much later Gazza played for them - 2 of the greatest footballers Ive ever had the priviledge to see live.

See I can only base my opinion on what I remember and apart from a few good seasons early ninties, Spurs have achieved nothing in my lifetime. Yet their fans still maintain they're as Big a club as Arsenal or Chelsea.

I can understand that. In the 15 years previous to your birth Spus were although not the most successful team the best one to watch in my opinion. If you ever get to watch an old Spurs game with players like Hoddle in I would take a look - it's great to watch. Mind you the Baddiel & Skinner "old football is crap"slot comes to mind so maybe it wont look so good in this day & age!!
