Yes I know - another thread. But not a complaint... well not yet anyway.

I recall seeing yesterday that others were experiencing a similar problem to me in that some of their children's 'reserved tickets' were displaying as ADULT rather than U16.

Did anyone else have the same issue when trying to order over the phone? And if so was it corrected?

It wont affect me til next weds when little JTM becomes eligible to order his Spurs & Gills tickets, but just wondered if this issue was in hand etc?

Mine shows as an adult when it should be an Under 18. Planning to ring up later.

Yeah, same problem, as I reported yesterday. What worried me was that the TO staff member was adamant that there were no under 18 tickets available for the WSU. Bollocks, of course. A trip to the office will have to happen now, FFS!!!!

I rang and asked as did not by Mini Huts tickets and it is something to do with U16 / U18 however it was corrected.

What has worried me is this happened last season as well.

send an email to ticketsbhafc.co.uk asking to change adult to child and they will sort it out within the hour. Thats what i did at 1pm and by 2pm it had been changed.

I had the same issue with one of our group who was down as an adult instead of senior citizen when coming to book the reserved tickets online.
A phone call to the customer service number (0845 8730251) and it was all sorted then and there in a matter of minutes.

I purchased tickets online for the 3 games for me and my lad, no problems with the system all went through ok. it was when the confirmation email arrived I noticed that my lad had been charged adult price for the Spurs and Gills game. Just popped in the ticket office (only a queue of 3 people!) and the very helpfull young lady sorted it all out there then with a lovely smile and refunded the money.

Meopham, Kent.
I know of 3 of us in the WSU who all have the same problem. I've emailed the tickets@ address, and we'll see what happens.
