I bought a ticket in U Block next to the away fans at the last minute.
Did anyone see the Grimsby fan in the england shirt giving us verbal for the first hour using constant gay references and slagging off our ground having a slanging match with some of our fans.
I can normally take the normal abuse but this bloke was something else and apparently got a warning at half tme for racial abuse.
The funniest thing ive seen was him after the second goal went in slumped down in his seat getting it all back from the Brighton fans.
Although one of our fans got thrown out after that he turned on his own team and I couldnt help but laugh at the pikey northern w***er.

Yep i saw him. I was at the back of u block in my yellow shirt, giving him stick back after the constant 'where's coppell? oh yeah reading!' & the classic 'you're gay' yawnnnnnnnnn! He soon shut up when we scored though, it was very satisfying and a most enjoyable afternoon in the sun. Oh and i got a birthday message at half time!

There were so few Grimsby fans there I don't think anyone outside U block could hear them.

Worst away support for ages (apart from Wimbledon that is).

In fairness to their fans most were just sitting quietly enjoying the sun, it was just this one idiot that let them down.
Perhaps if they got behind their team we might not of been able to hear him.

The Grimsby fans were well cheesed off after they went 2-0 down.

They couldn't even be bothered to clap their substitutions after that.:lolol:
