I’ve been in Lisbon in heavy rain.
I hadn’t expected it to be so miserable, so was in shorts and t-shirt.
Not a mistake I’ll repeat, but it was a thoroughly depressing experience.
I’m hoping for sunshine and warmth on my next visit.
