There were two spare seats next to me throughout the game as well. Or were they the SAME two seats? ???

There were people standing where there were not enough seats for them so that explains why it looked as if some seats were empty.:)

Or maybe someone wanted to go but their family were killed in a car crash the day before, so stayed away to mourn their loss.

Who's to know why the seats were empty?

f*** sake.

I am sure that as most of the 5,500 of us were standing a few people went next to their friends and left their seats empty.

Perhaps the people on them were really small or had some kind of cloaking device like those Clingon spaceships. They might have been bought buy people who had never been to a game before and had either got lost or decided rather than taking the piss by standing there getting all the words wrong they wouldn't go at all and instead stay at home and write 100 lines "I must behave myself and never again try to get tickets for a match that I clearly have no right to be at". This is getting very, very boring now.

Actually, my brother did die in a crash on the way to the match!

Only joking ....

but you ought to be a little more careful with comments like this since you might easily offend - stranger things have happened.

Fair dos! But my point was that complaining abouts seats being empty without knowing why was a pointless and slightly retarted thing to be doing.

i stood about 2 rows and 20 seats away from my seat so in would appear did many others, so please....chill the f*** out - IT WAS A SELL OUT!!!!!!!!!!:lolol:

I tried to but a jobsworth steward insisted on me and my boy sitting in the right seats.

This was after one of our "big game fans" demanded that he sat in the seat that he was allocated on his ticket :censored:

Two points.

Family sitting two rows down from me. Lad of 8 or 9 played his gameboy during the game.

A few rows further down bloke with toddler who hadn't got any idea what was going on.

C'est la vie!
