I think 28 days with no recall - not sure though. In El Abd (or the red card appeal) we trust

Virgo will be banned for more than 3 games as that's his 3rd or 4th sending off this season

You're right, we can't recall him until the 28 days are up. Plenty of other options though - El Abd as a straight replacement, Painter to Centre and El Abd, Hoyte or McNulty at left back etc. Just a shame that Virgs will miss 4 games as he's in great form.

I think we need Tunnicliffe back if not in the team as cover on the bench when does the 28 days run out ?

Yeh, Painter shifted to CB & McNulty in at LB is my initial thought. Not sure if that's too much of a shake up though, considering how solid we've looked with a settled defence recently.

El-Abd will be playing and then up to Virgo to get the place back off him once the 4 game suspension is over. Might see McNulty on the bench though

Hoyte looks far too lightweight for CB - I think I would prefer Painter with El Abd LB, Painter reads the game well. A little concerned about lack of height. Not a lot of cover at CB without Tunni.
