Sorry. In your mind are you some intellectual heavyweight ?
It's exactly what he thinks of himself. Lacks the self awareness to say it continuously too.

More than obsessively reading are regurgitating right-wing conspiracy websites is required for that.
Was quite embarrassing.
They really are a corrupt basketcase at present.
They might as well run with the hashtag #anyonebutBermie
Which probably shows that like with Trump the parties they are affiliated with can't control the likes of Trump and Bernie so their own parties rail against them.
According to today's BBC report, Trump has a 94% approval rating in Republican members
I had more chance of shitting in the Queens handbag, than Trump had of being impeached. What he did was illegal, but the way the US have handled this is nothing short of atrocious.

It was hardly a trial.
It was more a case of a debate where there is a party whip.
If you are republican in the house, vote not guilty!
Don't bother with any witnesses either.

All thanks to the Democrats.
That's how truly bad they are in opposition to him. So bad that despite Trump being Trump the Democrats can't even turn that into a win for their party.
Then they go do something like this years after they rigged the primary against Bernie Sanders. Just so it's not claimed to be "right wing" Krystal Ball ran for politics in Virginia as a Democrat.
The Iowa caucus stoy is fascinating. I certainly don't rule out straightforward incompetence - politics and technology are always uneasy bedfellows.
But it certainly does lend itself extremely well to the conspiricy theorists.
No secret that the centre right Democrat 'establishment' (of the Clinton/Obama era) are deseprate for 'anyone but Bernie (and maybe Warren)' and with Biden fading fast, the switch to Mr Pete 'safe' Buttigieg seems obvious. And the way this has panned out could not have worked better in terms of distracting the media from the actual story - that this was an extremely good result for Sanders.
Many (myself included) have felt for some time that Sanders has probably the best chance of defeating Trump. People say that he can't win because of calling himself socialist, but nobody thought for a moment that Trump could win. Weirdly, Sanders is able to appeal to a large chunk of Trumps 'blue collar'/disenfranchised base. If he can also pick up enough of the coastal democratic vote (who are quite likely to hold their noses and go for anyone but Trump) then he could easily win.
In that respect, Trump's triumphant assumption that this cock-up/conspiricy is a 'win' for him may not be quite true. Those Trump supporters that could be inclined towards Sanders, will love the idea that the Democratic establishment is against Sanders. This could play very well for him, if he wins the nomination, taking over the 'anti-establishment' persona from Trump (who never really had much credibility in that regard). It also seems that the Sanders campaign is prepared to play as dirty as others if need be (eg ther release of selective initial figures showing a win for Sanders). About time too.
Sanders is what America needs, it needs real change. I admire your optimism, just can't see them voting a left winger unless the economy tanks, and while its doing OK Trump will try and take all the credit
Hey, I was optimistic about Corbyn getting a hung parliament, so what the f*ck do I know?!
All speculation, but talking to well informed friends in the US, they don't have a clue either. Feels like anything could happen, but I think you are right about the economy. I suspect a slump/crash is coming, but possibly not in the next nine months.
Well you are free to post all about it sunshine..interesting to note your silence until now

With reference to the Huawei conundrum, there was an interesting question in PMQ's on Wednesday, someone asked "How come France can install it's own 5G network without using Huawei equipment ?" …. answer there came..... "bluster blah powiff "
