Surely you should be asking what was going on if something like that wasn't happening in a Spoons on a Friday night?

any idea what was going on?

Sadly I wasn't there, but at a guess, I'd say it involved two middle aged slappers, who'd managed to get babysitters for all 5 of their kids, getting smashed on Blue WKD's and having a row with each other about the way one of them looked at the other.

Some feckers two women, who he was shagging on the sly decided to beat his wife up in our bar Saturday night. Im no longer sure of the actual sequence of events, but it ended with an almighty 20-30 plus brawl outside until a gunshot that was particularly close to me, focused everybodies attention and prompted the arrival of more police cars than I imagined Prague actually had....to say my gf is stressed at the moment is a bit of an understatement. Seems like the spirit has been knocked out of her and actually considering closing down the bar to the Ukrainian community at the moment. Would be a shame to lose a committed weekly clientel, but theres times when you consider just saying f*** it.

saw a couple of ladies, seemingly 'tired an emotional', being separated after bit of a tiff with someone..

any idea what was going on?

Sounds like a conspiracy to me. I reckon the OB completely f***ed this one up, instead of having the two girls in separate pubs, they quite clearly allowed them both in the same pub which was BOUND to end in tears, you can't blame a girl for getting provoked when someone calls her a slapper, anyhow they end up having a tear up which is obviously going to happen because of the OB's error, and both get BANNED from the pub with no evidence or charges whatsoever which is exactly what the OB probably had in mind in the first place. Well done Sussex OB, all your fault. AGAIN.

Edna, a Barnsley fan looked at me "a bit funny" in the queue for the buses after the game, why oh why can Sussex Police allow such a disgraceful act to happen. where was my personal escort to my front door from my seat? Come on answer me that?

He looked at you funny? I'd say you were quite within your rights to have him for that gross provocation. Show him he can't come to our manor and expect to just give it the biggun' like that.

normally fairly peaceful. (hove one).. havent seen a punch up there, for couple of years!

I've only been in there once in the last five years (awful place) but on that occasion (a Saturday lunchtime) there was a fight between two elderly drunks, with some arl slapper in the middle of it. I know I shouldn't judge a place on one visit but, well, its Wetherspoons in Hove...
