Talking to someone who was in the Millwall end, he said afterwards there was lots of trouble, with police, Millwall and Leeds fans all clashing.

Bottles, missiles and bricks being thrown and on a level harking back to the 80s.

Wonder if the FA will do anything.

I expect game at Millwall to be a bit tasty now.

Ritchie, why o why do you always post these type of threads?

Now I know I've never met you but you don't seem the "type" to get involved in trouble, but it just seems you have an unhealthy interest in FV ???

What gives pal?

Something that interests me.

I have a paper being looked at by an accademic journal on the subject with a view to it being published.

Not the sort to actively get involved week in week out no.

I hope you didn't put anything on Spanish football violence in it then, otherwise it has as much chance of being published as the fanzine!

Now I can see why people would throw bottles, charis and that but bricks takes the piss.

Football violence is COOL.

LEEDS; 20th December:

The area around Elland Road stadium was this morning a scene of devastation. A huge missile attack was launched in the area after last nights Championship match between Leeds United and Millwall.

The trouble erupted as supporters were exiting the stadium after the match, a 1-1 draw with Jody Morris scoring a late penalty for Millwall. Supporters taunted each other and several persons engaged in pushing and shoving attacks.

The situation exploded after some Millwall supporters chanted "you dirty northern bastards" at the Leeds supporters. A group of Leeds fans situated near the top of a hill responded to the provocation by launching their M136 AT-4 shoulder mounted rockets. The group fired roughly 3 shots into the crowd.

The Millwall supporters quickly regrouped and counter-attacked using the traditional "bowling" technique whilst launching various shouted questions such as "who wants to know?" and "d'ya wanna pop then?". When these attacks proved futile, the londoners responded with a salvo from BGM-71 TOW anti-tank missiles. Police believe that the weapons had been stored on a coach from Deptford, possibly to be sold to Arab concerns. This was followed up by a big fat bloke wearing a Stone Island coat throwing a half-full bottle of WKD.

Leeds fans, already superior in number, were backed up by urgent reinforcements from the Bingley area. These persons were armed with FIM-92 stinger anti-aircraft missiles, last used during a bloody encounter with Huddersfield Town fans. This was backed up by a hail of Tenants Super Cans and, it is rumoured, the possible use of a bottle of Lambrusco, bought from a nearby offie. The use of such devestating ordinance forced the Londoners back onto their coaches where they were escorted from the scene.

The current death toll stands at around 230 with many more injured. Millwall fans have promised revenge and are believed to be in the market for a "suitcase" nuclear device, to be purchased from Tajikistan.

West Yorkshire Police made several shocking decisions at yesterday game.

The only trouble in the ground came from Millwall, though for old times sake I am sure the FA will try and blame Leeds too. Before and after the game it was free for all from both sides.

Pack it in for fucks sake.

Poor old Leeds. How was it the Police's fault that two sets of fans wanted to kick the shit out of each other? Did the OB all turn up with Burberry Policemans Hats on, hanging round corners on their mobiles?
