Roman's brother Trojan (from Russia) wants to invest in a football club like his brother.
But he is not as rich as Roman so has to scale down the size of club accordingly.
Apparently Brighton have caught his eye because it is on the South coast and he is in talks to invest in it so players could be coming in maybe those that don't make it at Chelski.
He also has a stake in a deck chair making business which is doing very well and may be how he got to hear about the Albion. It is still very early days though.
