Great fun yet hard work at the same time! Because of other distractions I only managed Arundel this year but may do one more this month.

A friend used to compete internationally.
A couple of my very close friends are doing a half Ironman at the start of October. The original plan was to fundraise for a friend with cancer, but sadly she has since died, so they will be raising money in her memory. It is an unofficial race in and around Richmond. Only five of them. I could ask David if he wanted a sixth person, if you are keen?
