At least you've got an email. I've contacted the club multiple times to ask them why I am not getting emails, but nothing happens. I get the weekly newsletter each Friday, and I get the ticket purchase confirmations so I know they have my right address.

I have the same problem. My email to the marketing department has just been ignored. Seems the only place to get decent club info is on NSC. The only emails I get are purchase confirmations.

I've just worked out that some emails are going to my junk box, and some to my inbox.

You can always answer "Other" and then give details.

As I have. Curiously, my answer (Usually bus 28/29 before games, sometimes train; train after games) then takes me on to a question about which railway station I use, but doesn't allow the answer Glynde pre-match; Lewes post-match.

Similar to you but only travel by coach - then took me to which railway station and would not let me carry on past that question as I had not put down a station - gave up in the end.

Is your newsletter from the club or the football league pretending to be the club?
The league does things like that.

If you've unsubscribed a while ago, have look through your inbox to see if you can find an old one, hit the unsubscribe link and it'll let you opt back in.
The email would be from marketing@bhafcmail.co.uk.

It's definitely the club and I haven't unsubscribed. I haven't had an email for months now.

I don't get any of the important emails. When I queried this I was told it was because I had opted out of marketing emails. Have tried to get back onto the list but despite repeated requests I still don't receive any.

I had the same problem as my postcode is for Swindon, also sent them an email

Same - travelling by train from Luton, but the form refuses to recognise anything in the 'other' field. Didn't even bother sending an email, as I assume the marketing@bhafcmail email address is just a catch-all one that doesn't actually get read.

Can't get past Q2, I'm not in the postcode list, there isn't an 'other' in the list to let me continue

I never receive any emails from the club either despite my set up being correct. The only ones I ever get are ticket purchase confirmations.
Have emailed the club several times about this but they still can't get to the bottom of it.
The only thing I can think of that could be causing the problem is I have more than one person set up with my email address.

One defect in the Travel Survey (among many, it has to be said) is that it doesn't capture the informal "park and ride" arrangements that lots of fans make.

Stuff like ... drive to Lewes and catch the train; park up in Hove/Rottingdean and catch a Special Bus, etc.

well i dont think they are asking people like me to fill it in...i park in Coldean :ffsparr:

filled in OTHER on number 3 and then get asked what station i depart from ..hmm

Same, at question 3 I put other, walk. It then asked me which train station I use..... erm...

When I select near site parking - which I sort of do as I live in Coldean, it tries to force me to pick the Bridge etc...

Poor.

Also emailed the club about this. I've chosen wrong answers from the selection list and then put a comment 'ignore the selected answer' and added the correct answers in the Other section but it is SHAMEFUL that this wasn't tested before being sent out ... :(
