Mass unemployment, lax immigration, financial chaos - could be interesting ingredients for a summer of discontent. Needs a bigger spark than a couple of ragheads on a street corner holding up rent-a-placard though. At least the dozy bastards got the spelling right this time!

Although I can see both sides of the arguement I do find it a little ironic that those on here arguing the "freedom of speak" angle are refusing that right to those who disagree with these cardboard waving beardie weirdies.

I don't know if ex-Aussie PM Howard said all that, but good for him if he did. If only somebody got up and said that over here (rather than letting the BNP do it, 'cos they'll never get my vote anyway).

c'mon none of this would be happening were it not for our ignorant government. those soldiers are doing an honourable thing fighting for country risking their lives and i like every other proud british citizen respect those guys and fully support them. But i don't support the war, sure the soldiers can't pick and choose where they're stationed and those luton protesters maybe shouldn't have protested at those soldiers, but just put your selves in the mussies shoes for 1 minute and imagine you've got family in those countries who are getting bombed the f@8k out of. i dont normally stick up for mussies but they do take an awful amount of shit from british public.

Those protesters should have been given a police escort to the local Army recruiting office and given a good shoeing.

Would that be EX-Australian PM John Howard, who lost an election on, among many things, his right-wing views and alleigance to the Bush administration?

I would also be very surprised if he did say that, particularly with the sensitivity in Australia regarding relationship with the indiginous natives there.

i cant imagine that one eyed scottish spastic mentioning something like this.
if true top fella.

I think people have just about had enough of these idiots now. Civil law will take over soon. If you want to live here embrace our culture and beliefs , if not f*** OFF.

ABSOLUTELY, us Brits make a perfect example of this when we live overseas on the Costas, so come on BEARDIES, do the same.

Quite right. Bloody WOGS exercising free speach and peaceful protest. It's a DISGRACE.

Something they would not have been able to do in Iraq or Afghanistan.
