Quick heads up, if you’re coming from the west of the county, don’t get on a train coming from west of Ford - aim for ones from LA or West Worthing. The 0827 from Soton to Brighton is rammed and not left Beastleigh yet. Southern appear (at least currently) to have reneged to bolster services. Shocker, I know...

I'm on the 0930 from Southampton - it's about half full. And about twice as many carriages as usual.

comes from Southampton and is really the only train to catch. Others are delayed or disrupted anyway according to the unreliable train reports.
