This isnt a have a go at the trains but more a can fans help one another thread hopefully - what's Brighton station looking like? Trains from London are distrupted and lots of delays coming down.

This is the queue at Lewes to get up the stairs to even get near the platform. Last train was 4 car, hardly anyone got on. Next is only 3, so same again. Shambles

I'm in Polegate. The 2154 to Hastings is 2 minutes early. It's not Hampden Park next it's Jurassic Park.

When I'm back, I do the midweek games, whatever comp' as I stay for a few beers & am in no rush as I don't have work in the morning.
However, I never bring my lad on a school night. 1, He hates the queues both at Falmer, then again at Brighton heading west.
2, How often do we say it, but why only 3-4 coach trains every time. Getting to Brighton from Lancing on game days is a joke, but we can plan ahead, leaving very early.
Getting home though, at the mercy of the shower of shite that is Southern Fail. Always has been and always will be, an absolute shambles.

I got the 2133 from Falmer to Hastings leaving the West Upper when they went 3-1 up. If I'd really rushed I probably could have made the Newhaven train before that. I could see the queues behind me on both sides from the platform when I got on......
