Terrific stuffToys you say . . . Only really kept scalextric on any scale. . . We're not far shy of 100 cars.
I have not had anything valued. Keep meaning to as they are all just gathering dust and my daughter won't want them. I wouldn't know who to take it all to to value as a whole. I have given up selling things on Ebay so that's not an option.Lot of fun stuff and value there have you looked up your Star Wars properly? The value there is mainly in accessories and The Last 17 which were the last 17 figures in the first generation Star Wars toys. All of those are worth decent money with Yak Face as the holy grail you can get £1000 for it or more. Better £1000 in the bank than a Yak Face in the loft as they.
Should present it to De Zerbi next time he complains about Bloom's direction and plans for the club.My latest on the bench.

Go into a pub and ask if they'd like a massive ship that you made earlier.I have no idea even how to go about it to be honest.
I’ve an enormous vintage Star Wars collection from 70s and early 80s. All played with, only weirdos kept boxed. Going to sell or give away soon. Believe some is worth a bit but generally it’s all over hyped values. Only the immaculate rare stuff is worth anything.Started to collect vintage toys four years ago. Had a friend who was into it but I thought odd almost perverted. But then I fell over a Turtles figure I had as a kid and I got stuck.
Anyone else in to toy collecting? Also if you have 70s 80s 90s toys you can post photos of them here or PM me and I can tell you the value. Star Wars Transformers and Turtles most valueable rn but lots of hidden gems around lots of £100-£1000 objects just laying around collecting dust in boxes and storages.
The actual game play I thought was way better than flicking it like Subbuteo. However as you say some key flaws:Subbuteo, Shmouteo....
Striker was real deal....

It was actually, Fkn shite due to the limited kit and the fact if you pressed to hard the head would not come back up, and your main striker looked like a hunchback after a week.
Another thing: If a friend came round to play at my house as a child with a Fkn tie on.....
Who did that ?
The kid who took a leather satchel to school, that's who...
Depends what you mean overvalued. You cant get any of the vintage figures loose for less than £20 and any clothing weapon or other accessoary is £40+ adds up to a lot of money if you have a lot of stuff. The rare stuff also isn´t as rare as you think plenty out thereI’ve an enormous vintage Star Wars collection from 70s and early 80s. All played with, only weirdos kept boxed. If you take photos of it I get it valued for you also have some connections with collectors around UKI have not had anything valued. Would need to unbury it in the loft when I get a minute. If you take photos of it I get it valued for you also have some connections with collectors around UK
I have a similar lot of Rupert annuals along with similar for Beano Dandy, Brooks, Our Wullie, Topper, Brewer. At one time had over 1 000 but children needed the bedroom space.Books for me. Specifically Rupert the Bear. I have all of them from around 1950, and quite a few from earlier. Christ, some of the early ones are eye-wateringly racist though
Mine was similarly in a giant box and 2nd hand. I was 6 . . . I Barely got a look in on xmas day as my Dad and his mate were playing all day! I still have the ferrari P6's.One year my parents got my brother and I a massive job-lot of Scalextric for Christmas.
Because it was 2nd hand it came packaged in an old TV box - one of those big bastard CRT TVs. What I'm trying to get across is - it was a lot of Scalextric.
My brother and I spent the morning building a track that went winding around the house. It was amazing. Had a cool tunnel section (under the couch), a series of hairpins (around the dining room table legs) and a banked turn like in Nascar.
That banked turn was in the kitchen and at a certain point in the day you could hear the frustration in my Mum's sighing as she had to put the cars back on the track for the umpteenth time whilst trying to cook Christmas dinner.
Bless her.
They're randomly stacked in the top tray of an old shipping trunk . . . Looks more like a breakers yard TBHTerrific stuff
I have to say though - I am ASTONISHED that in your household of petrolheads, the cars are organised by COLOUR, rather than by vintage, or engine size, or number of cylinders!
My Step Dad built half a dozen or so . . . My brother still has them in the small room of the house . . . We don't know what to do with them!My latest on the bench.

Rich weirdos thenI’ve an enormous vintage Star Wars collection from 70s and early 80s. All played with, only weirdos kept boxed. Going to sell or give away soon. Believe some is worth a bit but generally it’s all over hyped values. Only the immaculate rare stuff is worth anything.
Jokes on you, I'm only in my 40's.“My neighbour”
Let me know if you have a Vader, Boba Fett and Stormtrooper in decent condition.I’ve an enormous vintage Star Wars collection from 70s and early 80s. All played with, only weirdos kept boxed. Going to sell or give away soon. Believe some is worth a bit but generally it’s all over hyped values. Only the immaculate rare stuff is worth anything.
You easily get £400 for the lot on the picture if the Han Solo carbonite chamber is in good condition and another £200 with the vehicles far more if you still have the boxes. If you join some UK toy collectors group or Star Wars collectors group on Facebook and offer it all for £500 you would get it sold todayLike many I used to have a huge collection of star wars toys that probably got car booted for a pittance many years ago.
All that remains is a speeder bike with a broken front fork, a snow speeder and a rebel transport.
Just found the box of the few figures I have left. Bagged ones with weapons (although annoyingly the Endor Leia is missing her helmet). Judging by ebay, there's not a lot of value there.
