Some of it is a bit of a joke. Drinks break after 20 minutes whatever the weather. They're professional footballers ffs! Makes me laugh when they show clips of individuals sat in the stands with a facemask on despite being about 10m away from anyone.

The players in both games tonight have hugged and high fived to celebrate goals and Hojberg of Southampton even got right in Kevin Friend’s face to rant about something, so all the little distancing measures are clearly an absolute charade.

It is possible to play football with social distancing. The EPL should take note.

Martin Tyler boot licking “generous“ Levy for funding the stadium.

He didn’t. Billionaire, controlling shareholder and tax exile Joe Lewis owns 71% of the club, whilst a bank loan of £658m funded completion of the stadium.

Levy has a PB role in running the club, paid £4m plus £3m bonus for doing so, but with a 29% stake.
