Tottenham welcome Son Heung-min and Yves Bissouma back to the squad following their return from international duty.
Midfielder Giovani Lo Celso is back in training following a thigh injury.
Brighton will be without striker Joao Pedro who also has a thigh problem.
They have Kaoru Mitoma available again following his Asian Cup campaign but are without Simon Adingra, who will be involved in the Africa Cup of Nations final for Ivory Coast.
