Top night in prospect

[Easy 10]

After the SICKENING disappointment of a wasted journey today, at least tonight has salvaged some Boxing Day cheer. Following a couple of shandies down the local in front of the Spurts game, I now have a BEWILDERING array of the finest cheeses to meld with an assortment of tempting crackers, along with a jar of pickled walnuts, a glass of red, Match of the Day, and another night of smashing the CONVICTS all over the shop straight afterwards.

Thank GOD its Christmas.

Quite HOW they will manage to squash last nights highlights into a mere 2 hours is anyones guess. I think I might have to burn the whole lot from my Sky+ onto a DVD.

Favourite moment ? The bit when the camera started panning round a rapidly emptying MCG as Andrew and Alastair began slapping it to kingdom come

Unable to go to Arsenal v Chelsea tonight because of 'flu. Absolutely gutted to miss it. Mate has managed to sell my ticket though which is good. This bug has totally floored me over Christmas and one thing I've realised is NOTHING is more important than your health.
