I'll have you know Portslade is gentrifying (very slowly). *sticks nose in air*

You should go to a few Northern away games though. Hull, Barnsley and Middlesborough are FAR worse than any mentioned above. My father-in-law lived in Bishop Auckland, a hugely dull place populated exclusively with pensioners or families with more tattoos than teeth. And though there are nice areas surrounding Milton Keynes it must be the most depressing town in England on its day.
