The horse that won last week Eunergumene certainly
Impressed the clock watches last week

"All in all, it is difficult to escape the conclusion that Energumene is a potential star – or perhaps even a star already – whether at this distance or shorter/longer"

https://m.attheraces.com/blogs/sect...-born-at-gowran-and-imperial-aura's-ascot-win

That’s a really good article thanks for posting... as I said earlier in the thread, visually a very impressive performance and I thought he could be a very good horse over the next couple of years...this backs that up with some far more scientific analysis of the race and times..

Definitely one to keep an eye on for future races, particularly the big festivals upcoming... I think we could see this one going in somewhere and being well backed in the process.

Edit: I can see that b365 have him priced at odds of 20/1 - 25/1 for four different races at Cheltenham in March so worth keeping an eye on those markets but a little bit of a risky ante post bet until non runner no bet is applied.

Maybe a bit short for some but Energumene runs for TB today at Naas (13:20) - Evens with most firms having only 4 runners in the race.

Likely to be a tactical affair with such a small field but has won 3 of his 4 starts to date - One to keep an eye on for sure.

Gone big on Energumene, can't see it being beat.

Grade 1 win for Tony over in Ireland as Energumene wins easily again... this could be Tony’s best ever this boy...

These are a very good horse and jockey combination :lolol:
