My Sunderland supporting mate has just told me he is quality and has the potential to be a top player.

Slightly concerning he's a winger and already has a serious injury.

Another youngster to be sent straight out on loan?

He was injured on 12th December with an expected two months on the sidelines.

Not sure he's particularly loan-able in that condition unless we let him stay at Sunderland, complete his recuperation and get back in their side.

I suppose he can provide competition on the wing for Mitoma, Adingra, Minteh, March, Gruda, Enciso, Sarmiento, Buonanotte, Osman, Cozier Duberry and Howell in the future.
You missed out Adam Webster.

Sunderland forum has 18 pages of posts in the hour since this dropped - not sure they are keen on the idea!

I'm absolutely sick of these big PL clubs thinking they can just stroll in and pinch the young academy players off the smaller clubs who have worked so hard to bring through this home grown talent, to then just probably chuck them out on loan.....

Romano will be fed this by the agents or the big club to disrupt the player and frankly I think it's DISGUSTING.

Hang on. We are the buying team?

Great!
