Watched him in a recent England U19s game and he was tremendous. Would benefit his career if he left Tottenham for a loan with a club. He is an attacking midfielder with plenty of energy so perhaps he could suit us.

Very good player but extremely lightweight. If we had some bigger men around him, I'd definitely agree. I reckon someone like Livermore would be more useful right now but hard to imagine he'll want to go out on loan to the Championship even if Spurs would let him.

To be fair on the OP, Carroll's a prime candidate for a Jan loan and given that Gus is well connected at Spurs, we'd be one of the more obvious destinations.
