Due to manufacturing advances, modern 3 ply has a much higher adhesion factor. This is to be celebrated, us oldster's had to sort out the paperwork with the equivalent of greasproof paper which mostly spread rather than removed its target matter.

I spend what seems like an eternity wiping my arse. No matter how much a wipe shit keeps coming. Sometimes i get bored and just jump straight in shower. A sort of cheaper alternative to a bidet. Does this make me a bad person

I have heard you can now get moisturised toilet wipes, they should do the trick.
Let me know if they work as I am getting fed up using ripped up newspaper in my caravan.

Glass Case of EMOTION
my kind of thread !!

Its all about the thickness of the fold, if you don't fold, there is more chance of tearage/stickage to ring.

Alternative conditions can be the grip of the hand/fingers on paper, how many pieces are used before the fold, what has been eaten prior to taking a dump. These are all important components that are conducive to a good wipe.

Also, do not buy tesco own brand. it rips the arsehole. true, painful story.
