The guy who wrote to The Manor Born (Peter Spence) is one of my friends' Dads and even though I don't like the show they have a massive house in Surrey purely from the proceeds of that series. Not sure if he has written the new one but he will certainly reap the benefits if he did.

wasnt their house in the opening titles, Cricket St Thomas, also use das the opening shots to Noel's House Party

That is his brothers house, Peter Spence lives in Dorking. I used to spend quite a few lazy summer days at Cricket St Thomas.
It was actually fully converted into Blobby World for a while for the paying public to visit but thankfully is now restored to a massive resedential home again.

That was a good sitcom made to look less good by the general quality in what was a golden age for sitcoms.
