- First four games suggest a stonking 8 points which would put us in the top six?
- After that early promise only one more win in the next 12 games as the "More snow tomorrow" thread sees it's first outing.
Halfway to safety.
That's the way time works. Unless you are The Doctor, everything is getting closer, the next win, loss and draw, the next boo and the next act of wonderful shithousery from Neal. They will come to pass eventuallyThe next win gets closer.
We only need to drawer another twenty games.
Updated league table after Sunday and Monday games.
Whilst we are 5 points ahead of the tracker, it is worth noting we are a MASSIVE 11 points ahead of the bottom three.
Would be surprised if 36 pts isn't safe for someone this season.
Yes I don't disagree. It is an odd season though and the unknown is Newcastle, and whether they can spend well in January to revive their fortunes. At the moment it seems pretty clear it's Norwich, Burnley, Newcastle for the drop but if Newcastle strengthen well I can see them getting closer to 40 points. It's just a question of whether the others above them maintain current form or drop off. Fair chance Watford will drop in then I would say.
