should have run in a similar event last week only for it to be re-routed to this event on wednesday.
The horse in question is SPORTING GESTURE and is as genuine as they come, will relish this trip and is trained by one of the shrewdest men in racing, Mick Easterby.
What was the reasoning behind re-routing it to another Amateur riders event (of all races) if there wasn't something in it. I personally think that this is well handicapped at present and I'm convinced that it WILL be in the first three. I'm loathe to go EW but think I'd better play it safe
