Before the Havant bypass was built, driving along what is now the A259 towards Chichester, you would drive through a small hamlet called Nutbourne. Which often lead to a tuneful five minutes as you passed the sign, singing...........Nutbourne City Limits motorcycles not allowed in it. The good news is that you can still do this today, it's ruined though as there are low speed limits all the way along the Havant bypass bypass,aka the A259.
