Amy idea why, when I try to share my season ticket for the first time this season to an Albion+ member, which should be free, it’s trying to charge me £15?

That’s not even the going rate for a Cat A game if I had already used my freebie (which I haven’t)?

I’ve only shared mine once three seasons ago and had the same issue, but can you go to the next stage of the process when it them may show the cost being nil?

Thanks. I tried that as thought the same but sadly it’s insistent on me paying the £15 to share! Got as far as the double-click to pay via Apple Pay.

I had the same problem yesterday. I phoned Supporter Services who did the transfer for me. Somewhere on one of the screens you go through there should be an option to say you want to use your free share, but it's not there. There seems to be an error in the app at the moment, and the person I spoke to said he will report it to the tech guys. I'm wondering whether there's been a bad software upgrade carried out recently, considering other strange issues people have been having around season ticket use? I suggest you call Supporter Services to do the transfer for you.
