is it time to turnover tix sales to a proper handling agency? or employ more people, perhaps? they do have a nice new(ish) shny sales shop, and offices round the corner, non?

Absolutely, after all we are playing Walsall on Saturday too, and they are bound to be trampled down in the rush at the club shop.
