I don't feel sorry for the staff for the workload, but I do feel sorry for the staff for the number of idiots they must have encountered in the last week.

Absolutely, after all we are playing Walsall on Saturday too, and they are bound to be trampled down in the rush at the club shop.

I don't think anyone is criticizing the staff, they all do a top job. the system of buying tickets, IT solution's poor website and lack of ticket's allocated are what have rightly been under scrutiny.

Well I am they don't appear to be able to correlate white memberships with fan club numbers
