Ticket Office DISGRACE

I rang the ticket office yesterday afternoon to request tickets for the Orient, Charlton and Leeds away games. While speaking to Paul in the office, I expressed some concern that the Orient ticket might not arrive at my north London home before the weekend.

Imagine my SHOCK therefore when I arrived home this evening to find all three tickets waiting for me.

It's precisely this sort of customer care that can only strike sheer dread in the hearts of hundred of dedicated Albion moaners. Should this sort of behaviour continue the time honoured right of all Seagulls to regard the club as a font for the ills of the world will become seriously endangered. WHAT on earth are they thinking?

Super fan :dunce:

I won't even panic if they haven't arrived by Friday as I'll just ring the ticket office knowing full well that they've been lost/delayed in the post and they'll just send out duplicates for Charlton and have duplicates on the gate at Orient. It's happened before - namely at Brentford for first game of the season.

Popped into the shop today to get another ticket for Orient. I told them my online bought ticket still wasn't on the mat at home. The ticket bloke (not superjock) told me "no ticket by Saturday then call or drop in from 9:30am and we'll get Orient to give out a duplicate up there"

Still no tickets for Orient arrived and purchased on the 28th.

Ticket office phone lines are going to be busy on Friday/Saturday
