I have had a lengthy battle with "Supporter Services" recently. I was trying to alert them to my changed bank details, but just couldn't get through on the phone. The web chat thing was hopeless (just a bot, I assume), and the "ring back" option just doesn't work - well, not for me, anyway. I eventually emailed the club after spending a cumulative hour and a half on hold over numerous calls. Unfortunately by this time I'd missed the day they run the Direct Debits (by one day), and the club charged me £20 for two DD failures. I rang to complain, and eventually DID get through! But the person who responded just said they weren't authorised to make any refunds, and I that had to write in. So after THREE emails I eventually got my money back, but the club refused to accept that it was their fault - just said they'd refund me because it was the first time my DD had bounced. I have to say I was NOT impressed. In the past I've always found the ticketing team to be great, and very willing to sort out problems, but - if my latest experience is anything to go by - it seems to have changed into a sort of jobsworth mentality.
I used to have a first class service when I was a fan, since becoming a customer the level of service is disgusting.

I can not get an answer on the phone, no matter what options I press.

Live chat has been no help. Just an automated reply.

This is effectively their busiest week of the year. I’ve had luck 3 or 4 times in the last week asking for a call back (not losing place in queue). You are prompted to do it if you wait more than a few minutes. They have indeed called back / several times - and one was at 8.30pm in evening as they are doing overtime this week.

Sorry if this has been done to death elsewhere, but I was wondering if anyone else is waiting for their season ticket card to arrive by post?

My phone does not support google pay so I requested and old fashioned card.

I was promised it would arrive today, but nothing.

I have tried to contact the club by phone and email, but I can't get a reply or speak to anyone.

Anyone else in the same boat or any advice on obtaining my ticket?

I'm in the a same boat. I'm disabled (recent - exactly a year ago to the day) and cannot use a smart phone.

Have also used call back and worked successfully every time. Saves hanging on.

Don’t panic - ticket office will sort it all tomo. No chance anyone not getting in. Surprised you can’t get them on phone though - they are annoyingly hard to get in terms of answering times but they always answer eventually.

The inability to be able to actually speak to a human at the club has been extremely frustrating recently.

I always use the live chat function on the website. Ignore the bot and just type 'agent' and you get a real live person talking to you.

Yup. Call back worked well for me too. Set up a few Albion plus accounts for friends and linked accounts etc. for ticket sharing. Very helpful.

The problem is that I only needed to ring because the whole web set up is terrible... It should be much easier to manage this stuff online.

Self (customer) service is often overlooked and significantly advantageous if applied right

I haven't got mine yet either. Though I can't make the game (gutted) so I've not stressed about it.

I do keep getting texts saying that I haven't downloaded my ticket which is slightly worrying, but I'll email them next week as this week looks manic and got a week to sort it out.

I tried contacting them week before last…a couple of times I went for the ‘call back’ option…..still waiting :moo:
