So with my ticket being on my phone, do i just show my phone on the train?
I would think so

I used to have a first class service when I was a fan, since becoming a customer the level of service is disgusting.I have had a lengthy battle with "Supporter Services" recently. I was trying to alert them to my changed bank details, but just couldn't get through on the phone. The web chat thing was hopeless (just a bot, I assume), and the "ring back" option just doesn't work - well, not for me, anyway. I eventually emailed the club after spending a cumulative hour and a half on hold over numerous calls. Unfortunately by this time I'd missed the day they run the Direct Debits (by one day), and the club charged me £20 for two DD failures. I rang to complain, and eventually DID get through! But the person who responded just said they weren't authorised to make any refunds, and I that had to write in. So after THREE emails I eventually got my money back, but the club refused to accept that it was their fault - just said they'd refund me because it was the first time my DD had bounced. I have to say I was NOT impressed. In the past I've always found the ticketing team to be great, and very willing to sort out problems, but - if my latest experience is anything to go by - it seems to have changed into a sort of jobsworth mentality.
I hate ringing the club as it costs a fortune at premium rate.
I can not get an answer on the phone, no matter what options I press.
Live chat has been no help. Just an automated reply.
Sorry if this has been done to death elsewhere, but I was wondering if anyone else is waiting for their season ticket card to arrive by post?
My phone does not support google pay so I requested and old fashioned card.
I was promised it would arrive today, but nothing.
I have tried to contact the club by phone and email, but I can't get a reply or speak to anyone.
Anyone else in the same boat or any advice on obtaining my ticket?
That's how it worked for Man City.So with my ticket being on my phone, do i just show my phone on the train?
That's a great question!
This is effectively their busiest week of the year. I’ve had luck 3 or 4 times in the last week asking for a call back (not losing place in queue). You are prompted to do it if you wait more than a few minutes. They have indeed called back / several times - and one was at 8.30pm in evening as they are doing overtime this week.
You’ve phoned the Seagull Line on Brighton 8049, you’ve phoned the Seagull Line on Brighton 8049, you’ve phoned the Seagull Line . . . .
Don’t panic - ticket office will sort it all tomo. No chance anyone not getting in. Surprised you can’t get them on phone though - they are annoyingly hard to get in terms of answering times but they always answer eventually.
The inability to be able to actually speak to a human at the club has been extremely frustrating recently.

Mostly - there's always a keyword - many businesses keep the default - i.e. agent - some change it.
