Whilst that's technically true, it will open when there are a handful of tickets dotted about. Maybe <100, although it's almost certainly a manual process for someone to press the "open the ticket exchange" button.

They're pretty much all exchange tickets (only available at adult price)

I am about to put mine up on the exchange as surgery prevents me from attending. WSU, four rows up and right on the half way line if anyone interested?
