Hi all - can anyone help? My ticket is downloaded on my phone but my Son’s still has the Arsenal game on it.

Any ideas? The ticket office says they’re closed today?!?

Have you got enabled on in settings??

This happened to me and the club said it doesn’t actually matter. The barcode is the same (if you have a season ticket) for the entire season. (Click the ellipsis or three dots in the top right hand corner)
