I received a phone call from the Junior Seagulls at lunchtime asking if my son would like to be a ball boy at the QPR game - think it may be because it's his birthday shortly.

I am assuming he doesn't need his match ticket therefore can I upgrade his to adult status for a mate just by ringing the ticket office Monday ?

Anybody else done this.

PS - One delighted son looking forward to QPR game even more.

I was told you can pay the difference at the ground on the day if you want to upgrade the ticket.

I believe you can just pay the difference on the gate but don't take my word for it

I've never seen cash change hands at the turnstiles - any idea where at the ground ?

There is a hut saying ticket collection to the right of where the mobile shop is. Right in front of you as you walk up Tongdean Lane from London Road.

I sit next to a father and his young son. His son doesn't go to night games, so the father's mate takes the lad's ticket.

He never pays any extra. No one at the turnstyle queries his ticket.
