I know I've posted alot of new threads today....

But who do you think are realistic replacements?

Managers must currently be free agents.

I'll start....

Code:
Dean Wilkins (promoted)
Ian Hollaway
Guy Butters (player/manager)
Frank Spencer
George Graham
Terry Venables
Mick McCarthy
Brian Kerr
Nigel Clough
Mark Wright

Mods, please edit any updates. We then can do a clear discussion together who we think is the ideal replacements.

It's the thread that is stupid. HE'S NOT GOING TO BE REPLACED IN THE FORSEEABLE FUTURE!

If you don't like tinkering or playing players out of position then Holloway definitely isn't your man.
Bit of a myth that I think, but he does love the long ball. No thanks.

To me,there is only one person.

IAN HOLLOWAY.
Ian Holloway is far more concerned with perfecting his post-match comedy standup routine for the press.

"Ooh lets see how many bizarre/amusing quotes I can get in the papers this weekend"

f*** off Holloway, you west country bumpkin piss-poor Clough wannabee.

guy butters?

are you seriously telling me that you think we have more chance of getting promoted back next season with the managerial might that would be the big man rather than a manager who specialises in getting out of that division?
