Is there a reason why many fans think Thomson is good. Every game this season i have seen he has been shit barring the city game at hartlepool he was poor and bad against hereford. I will add a poll yes/no should thomson start against leicester

If he is used as a defensive midfielder then yes. Micky said from the first game that Thomson will be in a new role now where he will be looking to support the strikers.
Only against City did he actually manage to properly pull that off.
If it's a case of Savage or Thomson, then Thomson

He didn't score much for Falkirk either. More of a defensive type midfielder, we just need a attacking midfielder aka Thornton and we'll be ok in there with him.

True - he's not got forward so much in the league. But he hit the post, and made the equaliser against Man City, so it's in there somewhere. Like a lot of the team, possibly just lacking a little bit of confidence at the moment.

I wonder why? If they read this place, they'd probably all pack it in....
