Crewe Alexandra!!! We have a game in hand and if Hartlepool beat them then they have to play a Cheltenham team who have recently picked up points and also have to beat Oldham, Stockport and Leicester. Its amazing what one win can do!!!

agreed, maybe that win at the start of the season was a blessing after all!

And Carlisle. If they lose Friday, we win Saturday we'll be two points behind with a game in hand. All ifs and buts though, isnt it. still got a game to win on saturday first.

Can't be arsed to search for it, but I posted sometime last month that I thought Crewe could easily be dragged into the mire. They've got some tough looking games there.

Swindon and Yeovil are by no means safe either.

It'll be two of;

Us, Northampton, Crewe, Swindon, Yeovil, Carlisle, Hartlepool, and possibly Leyton Orient.

I don't care who we catch, as long as there's at least two of them........................

One win won't change the fact we're going down. We still need 4 wins and possibly more from 6 matches, which is already unlikely. On top of this we also need 2 teams above us to pick up no more points than will be enough to get them to 51. Crewe and Carlisle need just 7 points from 5 matches, not easy but one of them will probably manage it and if they don't we still have to somehow become a different team in the meantime as even if we've beaten the second worst team in the division we are still more shit than at least 20 teams in this division.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that we are not 21st we are 22nd, so we also need Northampton to slip up and considering they have 7 games to go and are already on 42 points this is even more unlikely.
