This awful lull before the transfer storm

I'm scared witless about the deafening silence. No more news on Bridders, Noone, Dunk... I couldn't care less about bringing more in (not quite true but), I just don't want to lose these boys. The 31st cannot come soon enough. Anyone else out there having sleepless nights?

Can't see Noone going with his injury; Dunk I guess will stay until summer; but we know how Norwich love to sign our midfielders, so perhaps Bridcutt is most likely to be taken from us?

S'ton & CP are using the loanee route. For the right person, I hope Gus has an open mind.

Get the impression that (compared to past January windows) little will happen in PL and Championship, despite Sky and their clock hyping it up.

In the press Lambert said he has no intention of bringing anybody in but then again we all believe him and his word.

think Bridcutt is just a mischievous internet rumour while only Everton desperately need a centre back and as there is no sign they will come in for Dunk before tomorrow (after which he is cup tied) the odds are moving towards him being with us until the summer at least. Noone's tactical injury has probably worked for us (first time a hamstring has brought us good news this season!) so hopefully all remains as is
