I have just watched the trailer that caused the death of the US ambassador to Libya and numerous others.

I won't post it because I dont want my house burnt down and my head cut off...not to mention Bozza and all the mods BUT it's poorly made nonsense trying to emulate the Life of Brian IMO. It's clearly overdubbed to add inflammatory content and Muhammad himself is played like a carry on figure who keeps getting into scrapes.

If this was put together by some mischievous Jews...and I strongly suspect this given the content...then it has to be the biggest stick in the hornets nest for absolutely no reason ever.

i read that it originally released in July, by some american linked to the pastor how burnt the koran a while back. its a fairly tenuous motive for the attacks.

You havent seen it... Life of Brian wasnt porn... this is.... its not supposed to be comedy like Life of Brian. The trailer is the clean bits.

That said Im a nominal Muslim and I personally dont care if they make this or not. Its not me whos going to do the judging (if you believe in that sort of thing).

EDIT... Yesterday I was reading it was a whole film on twitter from an American paper but Guardian seems to contradict this so maybe it really is nothing.

The fact is people are more offended when someone outside of their culture takes the piss out of them, than when one of their own does the same thing. Your example is a bit weird. A better example would be Green Day's American Idiot - had that have been written and performed by anyone other than American's I doubt the American public would have liked it so much. There's a difference between poking fun at yourselves and having others poke fun at you.
