The Earth travels at 67000 miles per hour. Wheeeeee! Astoundingly it takes exactly one year (to the nearest second!) to travel around the Sun, except in a leap year when it takes things a bit more slowly (I make that 66817 mph) - how does it know it's a leap year?:lolol:

Actually your wrong, the earth does not slow down, once every four years its orbit clashes with the moons and it has to leap over the moon to avoid crashing into it, hence the "leap year". This leaping motion causes an extra day as it has to travel further.

Bob Booker is so stupid that he has to carry a clipboard around with him as it tells him such basic things as we wear blue and white stripes and wear the dressing rooms are.

Ernest is so stupid he doesn't know how to spell where.

Not only did I not know that, I'm not sure I understand it

It's illegal (quite rightly, I think) for infant formula makers to advertise their products/give away free samples/give away money off coupons etc, but they make "follow on formula"/hungrier baby milks and because they aren't infant formulas are able to get around such laws.

The whole damn industry needs better rules and regulations anyway.

Barrel of Fun

Abort, retry, fail
The Sydney Harbour Bridge contains just 16 nuts and bolts. The rest is held together by rivets, because it doesn't need to be dismantled

Plus a construction worker fell into one of the pillars deep into wet concrete. No attempts were made to rescue him and he remains in there to this day.

I will try that on the Polish girl sitting next to me.

I forgot to say lick Poles (especially curtain ones) is frowned upon. Cows can walk upstairs but not down stairs as i've found to my peril.

That's what motherhood does to you! I'd like to say your brain will return to normal as your baby grows but my youngest is two and a half now and I'm not sure that's true!
