Just bought the Second Series on DVD. Sim - you can have your video back now, the one I stole 10 years ago

Mike: "Rik, your parents died this morning"
Rik: "What... my parents are dead?"
Neil: "You think that's bad"
Rik: "yes I do actually, what's it to you PissFace"

Classic comedy

Stumpy, you're wasting your time on this board talking about The Young Ones .

Most of the tiny tots on here were learning how to walk at the time.

At the foot of the downs
hhhh, summer holiday. 12 weeks with nothing to do, and the sun's
shining already. Hey, doesn't it remind you of when you were little, and you used to sit in the garden in only your
underpants? And you used to put loads and loads of fruit down them and
pretend to be pirates? Then, when your Mommy and Daddy went out, you used
to take off all you clothes and pretend to be snakes by wriggling around
in the sand pit.

Rick: "This house will become a shrine! And punks and skins and Rastas will all gather round and all hold their hands in sorrow for their fallen leader! And all the grown-ups will say, "But why are the kids crying?" And the kids will say, "Haven't you heard? Rick is dead! The People's Poet is dead!"

Quality :lolol:

Alright, so I may be an old fart - but it beats the crap out of most so-called comedy on TV today!

 Okay, guys, come on. As the one guy said to the other guy when he was getting fed up, I'm getting fed up. I want to wash my smalls, and I don't mean dip my tiddlies in a glass of water. Let's go!

A brilliant series, no praise is too high. "Hey I've got some trousers like the ones you wear! They're great aren't they?"

My favorite was swearing out of the window at the church bells with a Sunday morning hangover.
