after the loss at Luton I was kind of glad that it was the final straw and would mean we would get someone who might have made a change and a chance of us staying up but given the current situation then Wembley would have been nice
 






Huh? I'm not sure I 'got' the question - of course I'd rather we were slightly better off by at least being in a cup competition, that is rather obvious.
Would you rather we were going up with Wilkins, than going down because Adams hadn't a clue what he was doing?

Who on earth would want to be at Wembley, supporting their team, in a cup final, on a lovelly summerish day... :shrug:

We were not good enought to beat Luton over 2 games so did not deserve to be at Wembley.

It was also a kindness to football & the nation because there's no way we could have put on a half decent and entertaining game.

Well since it was Adams cluelessness that enabled Luton to win i don't see the point of the question.
