David Conn is still on my banned list. He might like the Swans but he certainly tried to stitch up the Seagulls when we needed all the help we could get.

A very good and inspiring article. If we look to emulate a touch of their style, their financial control and sense of community from within, then it promises to be splendiferous times.
Cheers for that, a good read.

How long ago does last day of season at Withdean when they won League One seem?

Excellent article, particularly like the reference to the 6'2" players running around (just what we're looking for now!!). If we can emulate Swansea and stay true to Gus's footballing philosophy whoevers in charge I predict many happy years ahead. It's the way forward and we're part of the vanguard.

The thing I like about Swansea is that they seem to be building something sustainable, rather than a quick desperate grab for the big time.

Laudrup has suprised me. Really thought he would struggle but has infact pushed Swansea on. His signings have been spectacular, michu cost £2million and looks world class. The swansea way is the way forward. Their progression through the leagues was done in a stylish manner but always with managers with the same goal to play football the correct way. Swansea are now my second club.

I remember being at the Vetch watching us lose in some shitty cup game while getting pelted with coins and cups of piss.

How things have changed.
