Wife has just watched Eastenders as she had to record it cos we was watching the game on Friday. What a load of rubbish this story with Max is it is nothing like plausible. the same goes for the hostage in Corrie. Why do they keep a story going much too long so that it becomes boring.

Well, I'm often on the laptop too, but yes, I can very much help not glancing up. I just don't. Its usually on in the room (I hear the music), but I could no further debate a current plotline or even name a character as I could convincingly discuss in depth the fiscal effects of quantitative easing in relation to Zambia's current budget deficit.

Its just not really on my radar.

Yes please the story is rubbish and become boring and would never happen in real life. The writers obviously live in a different world to normal people. who expect the story to have a sense of reality to them that they can relate to.
