was, and probably still is, a horrible place for a pint. if you weren't 'local', or a smoker, were made to feel rather unwelcome.

some seats were broken, had stuffing coming out, and beer over priced.

didn't they "refurb" it a while back? well that was an epic FAIL wasn't it!

why is it shit?! it's not in a bad area at all.....every other pub around there is fine

my first wife went there after we split up and eventually divorced she was a bit of a piss artist and she and it suited one another and when my kids came back with me I heaved a sigh of relief

It's a shit hole and one of the worst pubs in Brighton. The cliental are horrible and I've never seen a pub (or any building to be honest) be redecorated and actually look worse afterwards.
